ok my bf got a domestic battrey charge on him which is a misdomener in my state. we went to the court hearing and the prosicuter put me and him on a 60 day cool off and that it would have been dissmissed. well after 60 days a cop shows up and takes him to jail for a warrent for the domestic battrey charge.this should have been off of him.I don’t understand why they have picked him up. and on his inmate search page it says Imprisonment Status:Misdemeanor Pre-Trial. what does that mean? what should i do??
but what does a Misdemeanor Pre-Trial mean?
