Do male inmates ever get involuntary erections when they are strip searched during intake/processing?

I have to report to a county jail later this week to start serving a two year sentence and I’m a bit worried about the inmate processing and the strip search that I was told will take place. I am a 21 year old straight male, but I often get involuntary erections, especially when I’m nervous. I am really worried that I’ll get one when I’m strip searched, which will just add to the embarrassment, especially since I’m uncircumcised and was told that I would have to retract my foreskin. How will the prison official conducting the search react and should I say anything if I get an erection? Is there any chance that I might be able to avoid a strip search during inmate processing, or is this is inevitable?
